If you submit a travel enquiry, we collect the name, email address, type and approximate timing of travel, and the message you choose to provide. Our secure client area also uses your username and authentication data. We do not request passports, payment cards, or special-category information through this website.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to your request and explore possible travel arrangements. We use account information to provide private access and protect our systems. Enquiry details are held in a restricted Cloudflare database and are not published on the public website.

Sharing and retention

Cloudflare provides website hosting and database processing. We do not sell enquiry information. Information is kept only as long as needed to deal with enquiries, lawful business obligations, or an ongoing relationship. A formal retention schedule and any further travel-service suppliers must be confirmed before commercial launch.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of information, subject to legal limits. Contact us via the enquiry form on the home page. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
